Returns & Refunds

Because each Truth Collective item is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selections, or for changes of mind. Please carefully review product descriptions and sizing information before placing your order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing or printing error, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can review your claim. If the issue qualifies, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Please do not return or mail an item to us unless we specifically instruct you to do so.

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete shipping address when placing your order, additional charges may apply if the order must be reproduced or reshipped.
