Welcome to The Truth Collective. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, www.thetruthcollective.co, and your purchase of products from The Truth Collective.
Throughout these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Truth Collective. “You” and “your” refer to any visitor, customer, or person using our website.
By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing from The Truth Collective, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our website or purchasing our products.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using this website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

2. PRODUCTS AND MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
The Truth Collective is an online apparel and merchandise brand.
Many or all products offered through our store are made to order. This means that an item is generally produced after a customer places an order rather than being pulled from inventory maintained by The Truth Collective.
We use third-party production, printing, fulfillment, and shipping partners to manufacture and deliver products on our behalf.
Because products are made to order, production times may apply before an order is shipped.
The use of third-party fulfillment partners does not change your relationship with The Truth Collective as the merchant from which you purchased your product. Questions or concerns regarding an order should be directed to The Truth Collective, not directly to our production partners unless we specifically instruct otherwise.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND IMAGES
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, designs, colors, descriptions, sizes, and photographs as accurately as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that colors displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product. Screen settings, lighting, printing methods, garment materials, manufacturing processes, and other factors may result in minor differences between digital product images or mockups and the finished product.
Minor variations that naturally occur during printing or production are not necessarily considered defects.
This provision does not limit your rights regarding products that arrive damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or with a genuine manufacturing or printing error.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and available sizing information before completing a purchase.
4. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill the order.
We reserve the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order, including in situations involving:
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity;
- Incorrect product or pricing information;
- Technical or inventory-related errors;
- Products that become unavailable through our production partners;
- Orders that violate these Terms or applicable law; or
- Other circumstances that reasonably prevent fulfillment.
If we cancel an order after payment has been successfully collected and no replacement or alternative arrangement is agreed upon, the applicable amount will be refunded.
5. ORDER INFORMATION
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order.
You are responsible for confirming that your:

- Shipping address;
- Billing information;
- Product;
- Size;
- Color; and
- Quantity
are correct before completing your purchase.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
If you discover an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to help when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered production.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our website.
Prices may change at any time without notice. A price change will not normally affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for, except where there has been an obvious pricing, technical, or processing error.
Applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when required.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information for all purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel an order if payment cannot be verified, is declined, is reversed, or reasonably appears to be fraudulent.
7. CANCELLATIONS
Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is submitted.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests before production begins, but cancellations and modifications are not guaranteed once an order has entered production.
Once production has begun, the product may already have been created specifically for your order.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders may be manufactured and shipped directly to customers by third-party fulfillment partners.
Production and delivery estimates displayed on our website are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise.
Delivery times can be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather, holidays, production delays, customs processing, incorrect addresses, and other shipping disruptions.
We are not responsible for delays caused solely by a shipping carrier or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with legitimate delivery problems.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND REPLACEMENTS
Because our products are made to order, our return and exchange rules differ from those of traditional retail stores.
Returns, refunds, replacements, damaged products, printing defects, incorrect products, sizing issues, and related matters are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.
Our Return & Refund Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review our Return & Refund Policy.
10. LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking information indicates that an order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members or neighbors when appropriate, and with the applicable shipping carrier.
Contact us promptly if you believe an order has been lost or incorrectly delivered so that we can determine what assistance may be available.
The availability of a refund or replacement will depend on the circumstances of the shipment and applicable law and is not automatically guaranteed solely because a carrier marks a package as delivered.
11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Our store is hosted using Shopify, and we may use third-party companies and services for payment processing, manufacturing, printing, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, marketing, communications, and other business functions.
Your information may be processed by these providers when necessary to operate our store and complete transactions, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
We are not responsible for independent third-party websites that you choose to visit through external links on our website.
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, the content associated with The Truth Collective, including our:
- Brand name;
- Logos;
- Original artwork;
- Apparel graphics;
- Product designs;
- Written content;
- Photography;
- Website graphics;
- Branding elements; and
- Other original creative materials
is owned by or licensed to The Truth Collective and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing one of our products gives you ownership of the physical product you purchased. It does not transfer ownership of the design, artwork, logo, trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property appearing on that product.
You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, manufacture, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized merchandise using our protected designs, branding, artwork, or content without our prior written permission.
13. USER SUBMISSIONS
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content to us, you represent that you have the right to submit that content.
You may not submit content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, fraudulent, malicious, infringing, or otherwise violates the rights of another person.
We reserve the right to remove content from areas under our control where reasonably necessary.
We will not claim ownership of your personal photographs or other original materials merely because you contact us for customer service.
14. PROHIBITED USES
You may not use our website or services to:
- Violate applicable law;

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement governing your use of our store and purchases from The Truth Collective.
